Rescheduling and Cancellations: This Agreement allows for the Client to reschedule with no charge, if Client notifies Service Provider 72 hours prior to scheduled service AND reschedules new service date at the same time. Any rescheduling in less then 72 hour prior notice will be charged for full Compensation for scheduled service's. Any Deep Clean service must be rescheduled 7 days prior to scheduled service to receive no additional charge. Any Deep Clean service rescheduled in less then 7 days will be charged $200.00 and/or loss of any deposit. All Cancellations made after Agreement is signed or service is scheduled will be charged for full compensation. Client agrees to pay full compensation for any service scheduled upon any cancellation. Any cancellation to Deep Clean service will be charged and pay Additional $400.00, for lost appointment
For safety reasons, our insurance policy prohibits us from climbing ladders while providing our services.
If we are unable to access the property or home due to hazardous conditions, such as unsecured animals, we will reschedule the appointment, and it will be classified as a cancellation.
If we believe that our service is scheduled during an inappropriate time, such as when alcohol or drugs are being used, we will also reschedule, and this will be considered a cancellation. Please refer to our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy on this page for more details.
